• Drafted a major proposal to the State of Wisconsin which resulted in the client organization being accepted to seek certification as a Family Care managed care organization.
• Develops corrective action plans for assisted living providers with regulatory violations.
• Provided state-wide seminars on Wisconsin long-term care programs for assisted living providers.
