A few examples of planning and evaluation projects
- Leading a comprehensive Operational Planning Process for a major managed long term care organization.
- Developed statewide methodology for practice improvement in child welfare programs. The methodology has been adopted by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families for use throughout the state.
- Worked with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) to evaluate quality management approaches in home and community based long-term care programs and to develop a quality management model that meets the intent of federal and state law. The model has been incorporated into DHS contracts with long-term care programs.
- Developing the “WALA Diamond Accreditation Program” to measure and improve assisted living provider quality.
- Led seminar on “Measuring Your Organization’s Performance” for the LIN Center for Community Development in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
