International Programs

Gail Nordheim Consulting LLC works with international and locally-based NGOs, foundations, and governments in developing countries to:

• Build local capacity in planning, evaluation, and business process improvement
• Evaluate existing programs
• Plan new programs and initiatives

A few examples of experience with International Programs:

• Presented seminars for the LIN Center for Community Development in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam:
• “Measuring your Organization’s Performance.”  This interactive seminar, which was attended by 40 representatives of Vietnamese not-for-profit agencies, focused on both performance and outcome measures.
• “Running Effective Meetings. ” This informal seminar provided 20 representatives of Vietnamese not-for-profit agencies with the opportunity to try-out specific meeting facilitation techniques.

• Presented seminar on Quality Management in Child Protective Services to the Singapore Family and Child Protection and Welfare Branch, Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports.

• Met with Vietnam-based NGOs, including Handicap International, The Smile Group, and Terre des Hommes.
• Volunteered for the Care Corner Family Service Center, a not-for-profit organization serving disadvantaged children in Singapore.
