I am committed to helping my clients develop creative and effective solutions to the challenges they are facing. My goal is to help them move successfully into the future, assuring excellent service for their customers and effective use of their resources.

These principles guide my consulting practice:

• Customizing for the client: Every organization is different, with different goals, resources and constraints. I approach each organization individually, developing specific solutions that work for them. While I bring my knowledge of best practices to bear, I do not believe in “boilerplate” solutions to problems.
• Interactive communications: To be useful, consultant recommendations must reflect a deep understanding of the client’s needs. They must be understood and supported by the client. I maintain close communications with clients throughout the consulting engagement to ensure that this mutual understanding occurs.
• Practical, sustainable solutions: Even the most elegant solution will not work if the organization does not have the resources or knowledge to implement and sustain it. I work with clients to develop solutions that they can achieve, on time and within budget, and which they can sustain over time.
